  Overall it's pretty good. Adam in automotive consistently goes above and beyond and in general the staff are helpful. A couple of the ladies in the front end can be pretty nasty (returns, yikes!) and finding help to get things out of lock up can be tricky. But if you avoid the turds, you can have a decent shopping experience.
